
This Organic selection originates in the birthplace of coffee: Ethiopia. It is grown on family-owned farms in the Oromia region of Ethiopia; entirely free of insecticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilizers. The organic composting techniques used maximize the fertility of the soil, and yield a bright, fruity coffee, medium bodied, with a little spice. Harrar coffee is dried naturally without washing or removing the cherry, which allows more time for the fruit flavors to infuse the bean. The Harrar variety of coffee is as prized in Ethiopia as it is around the world. You'll have to try it to understand why.
